TacMount is a Rail system that secures the tools that typically dangle off your chest or get lost in your bunker coat pocket.  It attaches to the loops on your bunker coat.
 
*Make sure your Bunker coat has 2-3 loops on the chest.

Does it fit all bunker coats?   No, confirm your coat has 2-3 chest loops.
How adjustable is it?  Completely adjustable.  You can load up the TacMount with as many tools as you can... or just use it for 2-3 small tools.
Is the included pouch necessary?  No, the rail is a molle system so you can put your own pouch and attach tools however you'd like.
